General Procedures for Sample Submission and Collection of Reports:
- Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with break in the afternoon from 1-30 to 2 p.m. except for the govt. Holidays, 2nd and 3rd saturdays.
- Sample will be submitted through the office of the Attached Officer during first half of the day from Monday to Friday.
- The sample should be properly labelled.
- The sample should be submitted in Glass or plastic food grade containers/bags.
- The following quantities constitute a sample, unless otherwise specified for the plant material concerned.
